Sopapilla Cheesecake
A perfect dessert for the holidays, or any time of year.

Ingredients
2
8 ounce cans
Pillsbury crescent rolls
2
8 ounce packages
cream cheese,
softened
3/4
cup
sugar
2
teaspoons
pure vanilla extract
2
tablespoons
cinnamon sugar mixture
(1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cinnamon)
1/4
cup
butter,
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll out one can of crescent rolls and press to cover bottom of 9x13 dish.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer or by hand.
Spread cream cheese mixture over dough in dish.
Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Stretch to edges to seal.
Add melted butter to top of dough.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
This decadent dessert is best enjoyed when warm, but I would suggest letting it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
