Preheat Oven To 375 Degrees
In A Large Bowl, Mix Ground Beef, Grated Shallot, Beaten Egg, Panko, And Worcestershire Sauce.
Combine The Ketchup And Mustard In A Separate Bowl.
Add ½ Ketchup/Mustard Mixture To The Ground Beef Mixture, Reserve The Rest.
Add Salt And Pepper, To Taste.
Mix All Together And Form Loaf On A Baking Sheet.
Spoon Remaining Ketchup And Mustard Mixture Over Top Of The Loaf, As A Glaze.
Cook In Pre-Heated Oven For About 35-40 Minutes, Until Center Of Meat Is No Longer Pink.
Once The Meatloaf Has Reached The Desired Doneness, Slice And Serve.
